Louisville, CO – October 30, 2024 – Claims & Construction Management Group (CCMG), a leading authority in insurance claims and construction oversight, proudly announces the successful completion of a full ground-up rebuild of five townhouse buildings for the Wildflower Homeowners Association (HOA), the only multi-family total loss resulting from the devastating Marshall Fire.
Following the catastrophic fire that swept through Boulder County in December 2021, the Wildflower HOA community faced total destruction of five townhome buildings. Originally assessed at $8 million, the insurance claim was significantly underfunded to meet the full scope of reconstruction needs. CCMG stepped in to lead the claim adjustment and project management process. Through detailed forensic analysis and strategic negotiations with insurers, CCMG successfully increased the claim to over $15 million, enabling a full rebuild of the community.
“From day one, our mission was to advocate for the homeowners and ensure they could rebuild not just their properties, but their lives,” said Scott Benglen, Partner of CCMG. “We’re proud to have delivered a complete rebuild on time, under budget, and with the integrity and attention to detail this community deserves.”
CCMG managed every phase of the reconstruction—from insurance negotiations and planning to construction execution and final delivery. The rebuilt Wildflower HOA townhomes reflect a modern, resilient design built to the latest fire and energy codes, offering residents a stronger and safer future.
“This was more than a construction project—it was about restoring a sense of place and community,” added Scott Benglen. “We’re honored to have played a key role in helping the Wildflower HOA come home.”
The Wildflower rebuild stands as a testament to CCMG’s unmatched expertise in navigating complex insurance claims and delivering large-scale construction projects with precision and care. It marks a milestone in Colorado’s recovery from the Marshall Fire and sets a new benchmark for multi-family disaster recovery efforts nationwide.
