Cherry Creek Village

Happy Friday Cherry Creek Village, here’s your update for 1/31/2024

Buildings 1, 14, 12, and 13 are completed. Weather yesterday slowed us down a bit, so we had a late start. We completed all of the little shed buildings yesterday, rather than start anything new after losing time in the morning. Here is the anticipated schedule going forward:

1/31 – 2/1 (Friday, Saturday) complete buildings 2, 10, 11

2/3 -2/4 – Buildings 7, 8, 9

2/5-2/7 – Ground drop materials for Clubhouse, 5, 6. Complete #4, 5, 6, clubhouse.

Assuming we don’t get any weather delays, we should be completed by the end of next week.
