Hello Oakshire Condominiums,
CCMG and Homestead Management are excited to begin the reconstruction process. Roofing and gutter replacement is scheduled to begin on Monday, May 19, 2025. We have provided a sequencing map (scroll down and click on it) that will show each building.
On Monday, we are planning on phase I. This should be two days for completion. Wednesday we are planning on starting phase 2. Please check back next week as we will post more scheduling details.
A day or two before your building begins construction you will get a door flyer alerting you to the work and steps you can take to minimize the disruption.
