Revised Roofing Schedule

Hello Pinewood, a slight revision to the roofing schedule is below.

Buildings 2&4 – began (9/9), should complete 9/10

Buildings 5&7 – begin 9/11, complete 9/12

Buildings 6&8 – begin 9/13, complete 9/16

Phase 2 commencement – TBD based on material availability.

Gutter replacement will start on building 1 on 9/10

I will be revising the tenant notices with this updated schedule, and will post them accordingly.
