Here’s an update for the community. We are progressing through Phase 4 right now. Buildings 1-9, 12-14, 21-25 are all completed. We are starting #11, 15, 16, 17 today, and should be completed by EOD tomorrow. #16 may go into Wednesday because it is a 12/12, 2 story building.
ABC Supply will be ground dropping the materials for Buildings 15, 18, and 20 tomorrow (8/27), and delivering the corrected materials (SLATE) for #10 and 19 Wednesday. I am hoping that we are able to get all of these buildings wrapped up this week. Progress photos have been uploaded into CompanyCam for review. I will be inspecting the finished roofs this week. Hopefully that is just in time, as there appears to be some fiber optic utilities coming in, based on the amount of spray paint markings everywhere. (I asked some of the residents, and they don’t seem to know much about this.)
Look for another update mid week. Thanks everyone, have a great week.
Wednesday, August 14th Update – Materials have been delivered on the first group of buildings, on Friday, four crews will be working on buildings 1-4. We will continue next Monday if we need to finish 1-4 and move on to the next group.
Hello Cottages, it is Monday August 12th. Material deliveries will begin this week, starting tomorrow and continuing all week. Most of the buildings will be roof loaded, meaning ABC Supply will put the materials on the roof. Buildings 11, 15,18 and 20 will be ground drops due to trees and the driveways. Those units will have the materials delivered the day of or one day before roof replacement, so if you live in one of those your expect your materials later.
Tuesday/Wednesday we will be starting on buildings 1-7. Once those are finished we will proceed with buildings 21-25. As we start we will have exact days to expect the construction to occur on. Right now we are waiting on the city’s building department (we have some permits approved but not all) and materials.
