Hello Eastlake,
CCMG is planning to start construction at Stage 1 and progress through the community numerically. A Construction map is available for download below. Material delivery will begin this Thursday, May 22nd, which will include the 4 buildings in Stage1. Material deliveries will continue each day after with one more stage (4 more units) Roof Construction will start on Tuesday, May 27th with the 4 buildings in Stage I.
We are planning 4-buildings per day, with 2-day to finish each building. We will progress to stage 2 on Wednesday of next week and should be finished by Thursday. Friday will be for any odds and ends not finished during the week.
All materials will be loaded onto the roof except possibly items that might be subject to getting blown off by the wind. If that’s the case, those items will be stored on the ground near the building.
Things will get crazy next week. I will have yard signs around the neighborhood with QR codes to this website. Please refer back here for all communications. You will get a notice on your door with things to expect a day or two before your roof is being replaced. If you have any questions, refer back here first and then if you can’t find your answer call me.
