Hello Jasmine Estates,

Reconstruction work is scheduled to begin at your community the week of July 7^th, 2025.  The first phase will be roofing and gutter replacement, followed by windows and then full exterior painting.  See the “Construction Map” below for a detailed progression through the community (should be posted and updated by July 4^th).  Most likely, we will be going through the community sequentially starting at building #1.  A day or two prior to your buildings roof replacement you will receive a flyer on your garage door, explaining the process, the dates and best practices to minimize disruption to your daily routine.

We will be using the parking spaces near building #10 for staging, debris removal and temporary toilets.  We might also be using some of the additional guest parking areas noted in orange on the map.
