Current Construction Update

Hello Freedom at Stapleton. 

IMPORTANT CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION

Construction activities are scheduled to begin May 5th.  The project is broken into two sections Beeler Ct and Beeler Street.  Below you can find a downloadable map of the project.  The road and sidewalk in front of each section of houses will be closed, please plan accordingly.   Closing the road in front of the construction site will ensure a safer environment for reconstruction.  You will see the breakout for the main buildings and then the garages below under each road section, Ct and St.

Beeler St, Road Closure starting on 5/6/2025

All 8-buildings will have the ridge shingles removed on Monday May 5th.  This will allow shingle delivery on that day as well.  On Tuesday May 6th, reconstruction will begin on buildings 5-8, followed by buildings 1-4 on May 8-9.

BEELER CT. – Buildings 5-8

  • Road and Parking closure late Sunday 5/4/25
  • Ridge tear-off and deliveries 5/5/25
  • Remaining tear off and install 5/6/25 – 5/7/25
  • Open Road and Parking on 5/7/25
  • Garage deliveries on 5/9/25
  • Garage tear-off and install on 5/10/25

BEELER ST. – Buildings 1-4

  • Road and Parking closure late Tuesday, 5/6/25
  • Ridge tear-off on 5/5/25
  • Material deliveries on 5/7/25
  • Remaining tear-off and install on 5/8/25-5/9/25
  • Open Road and Parking on 5/9/25
  • Garage deliveries on 5/12/25
  • Garage tear-off and install on 5/13/25
