Hello Holly Ridge,

Exterior reconstruction work is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 and will continue for 4-6 weeks.  Exterior work will consist of replacing damaged siding and trim and repainting all of the buildings.  Phase I will include the West part of the community, phase II the East.  We have included an updated site map.  Notices for Phase I went out today.  If you have any questions please call the CCMG team.  Thanks!
