They are so completely efficient and precise in what they are doing, which is great – however, the manner in which they have completed their work is what has made the difference. I’ve lived in this complex (Mayhurst Condominiums) for 12 years. I love to be in the forest, so to speak, but we learned after being here for a while that our complex was outdated. God chose to give us a heck of a hail storm and it was so important to have our property manager tied into CCMG. The negotiation with our insurance was phenomenal and we never could have done it. And then, the compilation of the teams that came in here to do our roofs, underlayment, gutters, stucco, and over 150 windows have given us a whole new condominium campus.
